Shipping Policy

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international destinations.

Time to your door

Processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After dispatch, transit takes 2–7 days. Processing and transit are separate periods. Carrier delays, severe weather or address issues may affect arrival.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs $6.99 for orders below $59. Orders of $59 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal before any applicable tax. Your available shipping option and final total appear at checkout.

Tracking & address details

We send a shipping email with tracking details when your order is dispatched. Please enter a complete street address, apartment or unit number and valid ZIP code. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot an address error; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

A delivery needs attention?

If tracking shows a delay or a delivered package cannot be found, check around your address and with your household, then contact us with your order number. Keep the packaging if an item arrives damaged so we can help review the issue.
