Returns & Refunds

We want the pieces you keep to work in your wardrobe. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please keep any attached tags and include your order details.

How to return

1. Find your order number and the item you wish to return. You may contact [email protected] or call (818) 612-2192 for help or to request a return.
2. Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging. Include your name, order number and reason for returning it.
3. Send the package to PrimeEdge Clothing Factory LLC, 9 CYNTHIAS PL APT 303, FREDERICKSBURG, VA 22406-7424. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping for a quality issue, an incorrect item or damage in transit. Contact us with the order details and photos when available so we can provide return instructions. For other reasons, including fit or a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Inspection & refunds

After we receive your return, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. If approved, we initiate a refund to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank. We will let you know the result of the inspection and explain any issue that affects eligibility.

Exchanges & changes

For another size or color, request a return and place a separate order for the item you want. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly; we cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch.
