Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and international destinations are outside our service area.

How long will my order take?

Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then 2–7 days in transit after dispatch. These are separate periods. Tracking is sent by email when your order ships.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders below $59 and free for orders of $59 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal before any applicable tax.

How do I choose my size?

Open the Size & fit section on the product page. Measurements describe the finished garment, not your body. Compare a similar item you own and leave room for movement. Size labels vary between styles; they are not standardized U.S. size equivalents.

What is included in a matching set?

Each set page lists its contents. Our matching sets include a top and pants. Shoes, jewelry, bags and other styling pieces shown in photographs are not included.

How should I care for my clothes?

Follow the care label on the garment. Different knits, woven fabrics and outer layers need different treatment. If care information is unclear, contact us before washing.

How do I request a return?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You can contact [email protected] or (818) 612-2192 first. Returns go to PrimeEdge Clothing Factory LLC, 9 CYNTHIAS PL APT 303, FREDERICKSBURG, VA 22406-7424. We cover return shipping for quality issues, incorrect items or transit damage; you cover it for other reasons.

When will I receive a refund?

After the return arrives, inspection takes 3–5 business days. Once approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method. The time to appear in your account depends on your bank.
