These terms apply to your use of primeedgethreads.com and purchases from PrimeEdge Clothing Factory LLC, doing business as PrimeEdge Threads. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Shopping with us

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping details, and keep account credentials private. Our store serves the contiguous 48 United States. We may decline an order where details cannot be verified, a listing contains an error or misuse is suspected.

Products & prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown before an order is submitted. We aim to describe each style clearly. Screen settings can affect color appearance, and garment measurements can vary slightly. Use each product’s size chart rather than assuming all size labels fit the same way. Styling accessories are not included unless the product description says otherwise.

If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you with the correction and available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate. An order receipt acknowledges that we received the order; it is not a guarantee that an erroneous listing will be fulfilled.

Delivery, returns & cancellations

Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 2–7 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is $6.99, or free for orders $59+. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the item conditions and process in our Refund Policy. Contact us promptly for order changes; we cannot promise changes after processing or dispatch.

Using the site

Use the store for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse accounts, submit malicious content or copy brand content for commercial use without permission. Links to other services, when present, are governed by those services’ own terms.

Responsibility & your rights

We are responsible for handling order problems under our published policies and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses unrelated to the ordinary purchase and use of the goods. We cannot guarantee continuous access to every site function.
